Re-creates the Oklahoma Polygraph Examiners Board under the Oklahoma Sunset Law, extending its termination date from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019

Board consists of 5 members appointed by the Governor with Senate consent for 6-year terms, requiring at least 2 members from governmental law enforcement and at least 2 from the commercial polygraph field

Members must be U.S. citizens, Oklahoma residents for at least 2 years, and have 2 consecutive years of experience as polygraph examiners prior to appointment

No more than 2 board members may be appointed from one congressional district, and no two members may be employed by the same person or agency

Board members receive no compensation for their services except as authorized by the Polygraph Examiners Act
