Extends the termination date of the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019 under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Board composition remains five members: three licensed speech-language pathologists or audiologists (including at least one of each profession), one otolaryngologist certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and one lay member.

Board members are appointed by the Governor with Senate approval, with initial staggered terms of one, two, and three years, and subsequent successor appointments for three-year terms.

Members must be Oklahoma residents, take the Constitutional oath of office, and may be reappointed for one additional three-year term after a three-year waiting period.

Board members receive travel expense reimbursement as provided under the State Travel Reimbursement Act.
