Amends Oklahoma's unlawful carry statute (21 O.S. Section 1272) to add a new exception for licensed emergency medical technicians providing ambulance transport services

EMTs must possess a valid handgun license under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act to qualify for the exception

Firearm must be stored in a secure compartment in the front passenger cab of the ambulance, not carried on the EMT's person

Limits EMTs to possessing, carrying, or storing only one firearm at a time in the ambulance
