Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 6-101.6 to change the deadline for school districts to provide employee information worksheets to teachers and administrators from prior to the first payroll in September to prior to the first payroll in November

Employee information worksheets must include employee details (name, degrees, years of teaching credit, salary schedule step placement), salary breakdown (state minimum, district supplement, extra-duty pay, fringe benefits), and benefits information (state-paid flexible benefit allowance, district-paid retirement, health insurance, and other benefits)

School districts must designate personnel to review worksheets with teachers or administrators upon request

State Department of Education must include salary and benefits category data in its annual personnel report, disaggregated by administrative personnel and certified teaching personnel
