Amends Oklahoma's domestic abuse statute (21 O.S. Section 644.1) to expand the types of evidence that can prove a "prior pattern of physical abuse" for felony domestic abuse charges

Adds circumstantial evidence corroborated by sworn witness testimony as an acceptable method to establish prior abuse incidents, in addition to existing options of third-party witness testimony or direct evidence independent of victim testimony

Felony domestic abuse with a prior pattern of physical abuse carries up to 10 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $5,000

"Prior pattern of physical abuse" requires three or more separate incidents within the previous 12 months against family members, household members, dating partners, or intimate partners
