Creates the Oklahoma Educational Interpreter for the Deaf Task Force with 8 members to review the Oklahoma Educational Interpreter for the Deaf Act and recommend changes to interpreter requirements, with a report due by December 1, 2015

Requires the State Department of Education to conduct a capacity review of educational interpreters available to school districts and submit a report by December 1, 2015

Task Force membership includes representatives from the State Department of Education, parents of deaf students, certified interpreters (NAD Level IV and QAST Level III), teachers, principals, deaf advocacy organizations, and school administrator organizations

Task Force appointments must be made within 30 days of the act's effective date, with an organizational meeting within 60 days; five members constitute a quorum for final actions

Members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement, and staff support is provided by the State Department of Education; meetings are subject to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act
