Extends enhanced retirement benefit calculations to Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System members who retired or retire with a service-connected disability beginning January 1, 2015, allowing them to receive benefits based on the greater of current top base pay or final average salary multiplied by 2.5% per year of service

Applies to covered positions including Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Communications Dispatchers, Capitol Patrol, Lake Patrol, OSBI agents, ABLE Commission agents, Narcotics agents, Park Rangers, Pharmacy Inspectors, and university police officers

Appropriates $3,694,000 from the Special Cash Fund to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System to provide concurrent funding required by the Oklahoma Pension Legislation Actuarial Analysis Act

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
