State agencies required to provide an itemized budget request must submit a written report to the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services in a form approved by the Director.

Report must include the amount of federal funds received by the agency, the sources of those federal funds, and descriptions of any actions required or prohibited by the agency as conditions for receipt or continued receipt of federal funds.

Report must be submitted by the same deadline as the agency's budget information required under Section 34.36 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall post the information from each agency's report on the website created pursuant to Section 46 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date is September 1, 2016.
