• Prohibits adult cabarets in unincorporated areas within 2,000 feet of public highways, places of worship, or residential land, with violations subject to enforcement.

• Requires landowners to treat, control, or eradicate musk, Scotch, and Canada thistles annually to prevent seeding, with fines up to $1,000 per day for non-compliance.

• Makes the Department of Transportation and other rights-of-way maintainers responsible for preventing thistle infestations in their jurisdictions.

• Requires law enforcement officers to provide oral notice to arrested individuals that refusal to submit to breath, blood, or urine testing will result in automatic driving privilege revocation and mandatory ignition interlock device installation for at least 18 months.

• Takes effect November 1, 2015.
