• Enacts the "Access to Healthy Choices in Oklahoma Act" requiring the State Department of Health to regulate foods and beverages sold through vending machines on state property.

• Requires the Department to adopt evidence-based nutrition and procurement standards by November 1, 2016, consistent with federal GSA guidelines, considering calories, portion size, saturated fat, trans fat, sodium, sugar, and presence of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

• Mandates all vending machines and retail food establishments on state property display nutritional labeling compliant with 21 CFR Sections 101 and 109.

• Requires the Department to designate personnel to coordinate vendor training, monitor compliance, and submit annual reports to the Commissioner by December 31 each year.

• Directs state agencies to renegotiate existing contracts and incorporate Department standards into future food and beverage procurement bids and contracts, with standards to be reviewed and updated at least every five years.
