Adds exotic wildlife to the list of animals protected under Oklahoma's prohibited means of taking wildlife, extending protections previously limited to game mammals, game birds, and nongame birds.

Prohibits use of traps, nets, snares, cages, drugs, poisons, explosives, swivel or punt guns greater than 10 gauge, electrical devices, and firearm suppressors to kill or capture game mammals, game birds, nongame birds, or exotic wildlife.

Bans computer-assisted remote control hunting of wildlife and exotic wildlife, with exceptions for permanently physically disabled persons certified by a licensed physician.

Establishes penalties ranging from $100-$500 for violations of prohibited means, and $250-$500 plus up to one year jail time for computer-assisted remote control hunting violations, with possible license revocation for 1-5 years.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
