Creates the "Breast Cancer Prevention Act" in Oklahoma law, codified as Section 1-553.1 of Title 63.

Requires mammography facilities to provide written notice to patients when a physician determines they have dense or extremely dense breast tissue based on the American College of Radiology's breast imaging reporting and data system.

Notice must inform patients that dense breast tissue is common but may make mammogram evaluation harder and may be associated with increased breast cancer risk, and directs them to discuss screening options with their physician.

Limits liability by prohibiting the Act from creating liability for non-compliance, creating a duty of care beyond providing notice, or requiring notices inconsistent with federal Mammography Quality Standards Act provisions.

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
