Amends the Physician Assistant Act to change terminology from "health care services" to "practice of medicine" and redefine physician assistants as professionals licensed to "practice medicine with physician supervision"

Increases physician assistant representation on the Physician Assistant Committee from 2 to 3 members and removes the licensed pharmacist position appointed by the Board of Pharmacy

Allows supervising physicians to be available through telemedicine rather than requiring minimum on-site presence of one-half day per week; supervision may occur via telecommunication including electronic health record review

Removes the requirement that physician assistants obtain Board approval and complete one year of supervised primary care experience before practicing in remote patient care settings (Rural Health Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, etc.)

Updates unlicensed practice violations to subject offenders to penalties applicable to unlicensed practice of medicine, replacing the previous specific fine ($50-$500) and jail term (5-30 days) provisions; effective date November 1, 2015
