Amends Oklahoma law on unlawful carrying of firearms to require government buildings prohibiting concealed/unconcealed handguns have security checkpoints attended by commissioned peace officers at each public entrance for weapons detection

Removes a provision that previously restricted licensed handgun holders from entering structures on government-designated parks, recreational areas, or fairgrounds with concealed or unconcealed weapons

Clarifies that the state and political subdivisions are immune from liability for actions by concealed or unconcealed handgun licensees under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act

Updates immunity provisions to reference the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act instead of the general Workers' Compensation Code

Effective date of November 1, 2015
