Oklahoma Health Care Authority must submit a waiver to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for uncompensated care provided at Indian Health Service facilities, Native American tribal health facilities, and Urban Indian Organization health facilities

Waiver would provide payments to these facilities for formerly reimbursable services and to cover otherwise uncompensated care

Oklahoma Health Care Authority may pursue any federally authorized waivers necessary to fulfill agreements under this act

Act constitutes Oklahoma's consent to agreements executed by the Health Care Authority as required by federal law, tribal law, or other applicable provisions

Act becomes null and void if federal financial participation and waiver approval cannot be obtained from CMS; declared an emergency measure taking effect immediately upon passage
