Removes switchblade knives and knives with blades that open automatically by hand pressure from Oklahoma's list of prohibited weapons under unlawful carry statutes.

Maintains prohibitions on other weapons including pistols, revolvers, shotguns, rifles, daggers, bowie knives, dirk knives, sword canes, blackjacks, loaded canes, billy clubs, hand chains, and metal knuckles.

Preserves existing exceptions for hunting, fishing, educational and recreational purposes; weapons authorized by the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act; peace officers performing official duties; and judges with valid handgun licenses in courthouses.

Adds exception allowing carrying and use of firearms and weapons for living history reenactment depicting historical characters, scenes, and events for entertainment, education, or historical documentation.

Effective date: November 1, 2015.
