Adds Uniformed Services members to the list of registered voters who may apply to have their residence and mailing addresses kept confidential in voter records

Protected classes eligible for address confidentiality include judiciary, district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, law enforcement, correctional officers, victims with protection orders, and Address Confidentiality Program participants

Spouses and dependents of protected class members also qualify for address confidentiality

Address information may still be released to candidates or lawful authorities for election contests or petition challenges, except for Address Confidentiality Program participants whose information requires a court order
