Oklahoma Army and Air National Guard personnel with proper authorization may carry loaded, unloaded, or concealed weapons on Oklahoma Military Department facilities while performing military functions, subject to rules promulgated by the Adjutant General

Adjutant General may delegate authority to an Assistant Adjutant General or other state officer/employee within the Oklahoma Military Department when absent from the state

Oklahoma Military Department authorized to use state-owned vehicles for youth programs and execute agreements with the federal government for reimbursement of vehicle and equipment use in support of youth programs and federally reimbursable programs

Oklahoma Military Department vehicles used by the Adjutant General, Assistant Adjutant General, or the State Transition and Reintegration System (STARS) youth tracking program are exempt from state vehicle marking requirements

Oklahoma Military Department exempt from motor vehicle requisition approval requirements through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, effective November 1, 2016
