Creates the "Oklahoma Caregiver Support Act" to be codified in Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Requires the State Board of Health to promulgate rules directing the State Department of Health to increase caregiver service locations across low, mid, and high economic income areas

Mandates that service locations include schools, city, and county facilities with no usage fees charged

Directs the Department of Health to publicize available services, assist caregivers in accessing services, provide individual counseling, organize support groups, and offer caregiver training

Requires provision of respite care to temporarily relieve caregivers from their responsibilities

Effective date: November 1, 2016
