Amends Oklahoma's statute of limitations law (22 O.S. Section 152) to update statutory citations for embezzlement crimes, changing references from "Sections 1451 and Sections 1458 through 1462" to "Section 1451 and Sections 1458 through 1461" of Title 21

Maintains existing time limitations including 7 years after discovery for bribery and public money crimes, 5 years after discovery for school district embezzlement and identity theft, and 12 years for sex crimes against children

Preserves provisions allowing unlimited prosecution time for certain child sex crimes when DNA evidence is collected and the offender is later identified through DNA testing

Retains 3-year default statute of limitations for public offenses not otherwise specified, and 7-year limits for arson and felonies committed with deadly weapons

Effective date of November 1, 2016
