Amends the definition of "pistol" or "handgun" in the Oklahoma Firearms Act of 1971 and Oklahoma Self-Defense Act to clarify that firearms capable of discharging single or multiple projectiles from a single round of ammunition are included

Changes propulsion language from "gunpowder, gas or any means of rocket propulsion" to "combustible propellant charge" for consistency

Updates "concealed handgun" definition to replace "discernible" with "visible" and "unconcealed handgun" definition to clarify visibility requirements for holsters, scabbards, slings, or cases

Modifies handgun definition to state firearms "can be held and fired by the use of one or both hands" rather than "designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand"
