Re-creates the Oversight Committee for State Employee Charitable Contributions under the Oklahoma Sunset Law, extending its termination date from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2022

Committee consists of 7 members: the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (or designee) plus 6 state employees appointed by the Governor (2), Senate President Pro Tempore (2), and House Speaker (2)

Committee responsibilities include reviewing federation applications for the State Charitable Campaign, certifying eligibility, hearing appeals, developing pledge cards, and promulgating rules

Effective date: November 1, 2016
