Council on Judicial Complaints must provide quarterly reports to the Senate President Pro Tempore and House Speaker detailing the number of judicial complaints filed, dismissed, and referred for disciplinary action by category of judicial office

Quarterly reports must include breakdown of cases forwarded for removal from office, cases sent to Supreme Court for lesser action, and cases forwarded without specific disciplinary recommendation

Supreme Court must publish in the Oklahoma Bar Journal, on its website, and on the state web portal the name of any disciplined judge and the nature of the discipline imposed

Court on the Judiciary must publish judge names and actions taken when judges are removed from office or subject to mandatory retirement
