Second-offense possession of Schedule I or II substances reduced from 4-20 years to up to 10 years imprisonment, with fine up to $10,000

Third or subsequent offense for Schedule I or II possession set at 4-15 years imprisonment with fine up to $10,000

Second or subsequent possession of Schedule III-V substances or marijuana (within 10 years of prior conviction) reduced from 2-10 years to 1-5 years imprisonment
