Amends Section 2 of the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act (85A O.S. Supp. 2015, Section 2) to modify definitions used throughout the Act

Expands the definition of "employee" to include volunteer firefighter activities related to maintenance and operation of fire department vehicles, machinery, and facilities, as well as activities within the fire station while acting in a volunteer capacity

Updates cross-references within the definitions section, changing "this act" to "this title" throughout and correcting paragraph numbering references (e.g., changing "paragraph 30" to "paragraph 31" for objective findings)

Updates section references for the Oklahoma Employee Injury Benefit Act from "Sections 107 through 120" to "Sections 200 through 213"
