Amends Oklahoma law to allow siblings in foster care to be placed in separate homes under specified circumstances, creating an exception to the general requirement that siblings be placed together

Permits sibling separation when one sibling has lived in a foster home for 6 or more months and established a relationship with the foster family

Requires additional findings for separation: siblings have never lived together or have no established relationship, placement together would be contrary to safety or well-being, and remaining in the current placement serves the child's best interests

Maintains requirement that separated siblings be allowed contact or visitation with each other, with the best interests of each sibling as the standard

Effective date: November 1, 2016
