Creates a new alternative fuels compression trainee certificate allowing individuals to work at licensed fill-station installation businesses under direct supervision of a licensed compression technician, with applications due within 15 business days of hire

Limits trainees to no more than two per licensed technician at any job site or business location at any time

Sets fees for the new training certificate at $25.00 for initial issuance and $25.00 for annual renewal

Changes annual renewal fee for Alternative Fuels Installation Certification from a flat rate to $250.00 per dispenser meter at each location, capped at $1,000.00 per location

Modifies Committee of Alternative Fuels Technician Examiners by removing requirement that the electric vehicle technician member be selected from State Board of Career and Technology Education list, and changes nonvoting member role from "Program Administrator and Recording Secretary" to just "Recording Secretary"
