Amends 52 O.S. 2011, Section 86.2 to require the Corporation Commission to work with the Secretary of Energy and Environment, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, and Department of Environmental Quality to encourage industrial use of produced water from oil and natural gas operations

Updates statutory references within existing waste and water protection law from "in this act" to "in Section 86.1 et seq. of this title"

Senate amendment replaced the original House bill that would have created a new "Oil and Gas Waste Efficiency and Recycling Act" with a simpler amendment to existing statute
