Amends the Oklahoma Medicaid Program Reform Act of 2003 (56 O.S. 2011, Section 1010.1) to correct a technical error in statutory references, changing "Section 1010.1 et seq." to "Sections 1010.1 through 1010.13"

Corrects a transposition error in the text, swapping "Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services" to the proper name "Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)"

Makes no substantive policy changes to the underlying Medicaid reform provisions, which include coverage for children under 18 with family incomes up to 185% of federal poverty level and premium assistance programs for small employers
