Amends 17 O.S. 2011, Section 9 to clarify and update statutory language regarding costs and fees assessed against corporations, persons, or firms that violate Corporation Commission orders

Maintains existing fee structure: witness fees at $1.50 per day with mileage at $0.05 per mile, Marshal fees equivalent to sheriff rates, and $10.00 docket fee including filing and certifying papers

Record transcription fees remain at $0.10 per folio of 100 words; Supreme Court cases retain same fees as appeals from district courts

Effective date of July 1, 2016, with emergency clause for immediate effect upon passage and approval
