Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 5034 to classify community action agencies as public agencies for purposes of the Prisoners Public Works Act (Title 57, Section 215 et seq.)

Community action agencies provide services to low-income and economically disadvantaged persons to enhance economic opportunity and self-sufficiency

Effective date of July 1, 2016, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
