Eliminates the permit requirement from the Department of Wildlife Conservation to kill feral swine at night on private property with landowner permission

Authorizes use of illuminating sources or light enhancement devices carried on one's person when removing feral swine at night, except during designated deer hunting seasons

Amends the "headlighting" prohibition to explicitly exempt feral swine removal activities from the ban on using lights to hunt wildlife at night

Effective date of November 1, 2016
