Amends Oklahoma child abuse law (21 O.S. Section 843.5) to allow defendants charged with child abuse, enabling child abuse, child neglect, enabling child neglect, child sexual abuse, or child sexual exploitation to assert the defense of duress under Section 156

Prohibits sentencing any person convicted of enabling child abuse, neglect, or sexual abuse/exploitation to a penalty exceeding the sentence received by the actual perpetrator of the abuse

Allows persons convicted of enabling offenses to request sentence modification under Section 982a of Title 22, and requires courts to modify sentences to ensure compliance with the sentencing cap
