Authorizes the Commission to partner with associations and nonprofit organizations that develop model construction codes to provide continuing education, including reimbursement for qualified instructors

Continuing education credit hours earned through Commission-funded courses may qualify as equivalent credit for registration, license, or license renewal requirements across all state agencies, municipalities, and political subdivisions
