Creates the Music Therapy Practice Act requiring state licensure to practice music therapy in Oklahoma, with oversight by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision

Establishes a 5-member Music Therapy Committee (3 music therapists, 1 licensed health care provider, 1 lay person) to advise the Board on licensure, education, and practice matters

Requires licensure applicants to hold a bachelor's degree or higher in music therapy, complete 1,200 hours of clinical training, and pass the Certification Board for Music Therapists examination

Sets biennial license renewal at a maximum fee of $50, requires maintenance of board-certified status, and makes violations a misdemeanor punishable by license revocation, suspension up to 6 months, or probation
