Prohibits persons not lawfully present in the United States from possessing any pistol, imitation or homemade pistol, altered air or toy pistol, machine gun, sawed-off shotgun, rifle, or other dangerous firearm

Adds persons not lawfully present in the United States to the list of prohibited persons that handgun license holders cannot knowingly allow to possess or control firearms under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act

Violations by handgun license holders result in a felony conviction with fines up to $5,000 and revocation of handgun license by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation

Updates and consolidates statutory definitions for sawed-off shotgun or rifle, altered toy pistol, altered air pistol, and alternative court programs
