Clarifies immunity provisions under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act by explicitly referencing that immunity does not apply to claims under the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act

Maintains existing prohibitions on carrying handguns in government buildings with security checkpoints, courthouses, prisons, schools, sports arenas during professional events, and pari-mutuel wagering locations

Preserves existing exceptions allowing handguns in parking areas of prohibited locations and on private school property when authorized by school policy
