Bicyclists at steady red lights must stop before entering the intersection and yield to all traffic, but may then proceed through the red light with caution

Right-hand turns on red are permitted after slowing to reasonable speed and yielding; left-hand turns onto one-way highways are permitted on red after stopping and yielding

Creates new Section 11-1209 of Title 47 of Oklahoma Statutes
