• Eliminates the disqualification of motion picture theaters from obtaining mixed beverage licenses and beer and wine licenses under Oklahoma's alcoholic beverage laws.

• Removes language prohibiting mixed beverage licenses and beer and wine licenses from being issued to any place of business functioning as a motion picture theater.

• Amends 37 O.S. 2011, Section 521, relating to various alcoholic beverage licenses authorized in Oklahoma.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2016.
