HB 3068 Summary

• All state agencies must make annual disclosures of federal funds under their control, organized by distinct expenditure categories and ranked by dependency level, available through written reports and websites.

• Agencies must describe any actions required or prohibited for the state to receive federal funds, as well as any conditions imposed on individuals or business entities receiving benefits from those federal funds.

• Agencies must annually disclose federal funds requiring implementation costs, listed in descending order from most costly to least costly.

• Agencies administering federal funds that require security clearance maintenance are exempt from these disclosure requirements.

• The act becomes effective November 1, 2016, and is codified as Section 34.42.1 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
