Board may impose administrative fines up to $5,000 per incident for disciplinary violations; expenditures from Psychologists Licensing Fund must now be made through State Treasurer warrants rather than Board-approved vouchers

Licensed psychologists required to report suspected impaired colleagues to the Board, with immunity for good-faith reports; Board may defer disciplinary action if impaired psychologist enters approved treatment program
