Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 1-106 to clarify the definition of public schools in Oklahoma.

Public schools include free schools supported by public taxation, comprising nurseries, kindergartens, elementary (K-6 or K-8), secondary schools, technology center schools, and up to two years of junior college work.

Expands definition to encompass night schools, adult and special classes, vocational and technical instruction, and any other school classes authorized by current or future laws.

Changes statutory language by replacing "such" with "any" when referring to other authorized school classes and instruction.

Effective date: November 1, 2016.
