• Requires insurers covering motor vehicle repair costs to conduct annual market surveys of repair and glass repair facilities to determine competitive pricing for material, labor, frame/infrastructure, and mechanical costs.

• Mandates at least one annual market survey be sent to a repair facility located within Oklahoma to gather accurate prevailing rate information.

• Requires insurers to submit completed market surveys to the Insurance Commissioner beginning January 1, 2018 and annually thereafter by January 1st of each year.

• Directs the Oklahoma Department of Insurance to publish all submitted annual market surveys on the Department's website for public access.

• Effective date: November 1, 2016.
