Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 2202 relating to the Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement Act to clarify references to the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission and Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department

Establishes the purpose of the Commission and Department to conserve parkland, oversee state lodges and golf courses, promote tourism through publicity and information dissemination, assist in promoting local and historical events, educate the public on Oklahoma's people and history, and provide advisory capacity to state officials and organizations

Designates the Commission to determine policy for the Department and establish broad plans and programs necessary to accomplish its duties and responsibilities

Becomes effective November 1, 2016
