Creates the Equal Pay for Equal Work Task Force consisting of five members appointed by the Governor, Speaker of the House, Minority Leader of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Minority Leader of the Senate.

Requires an organizational meeting by December 1, 2016, with a majority of members constituting a quorum for all actions including final report approval.

Directs the Task Force to study Oklahoma's income gap between men and women by examining current law, business practices, and efforts to reduce pay disparity.

Requires submission of a final written report with findings and recommendations to the Governor, Speaker, and President Pro Tempore by December 1, 2018.

Provides that Task Force members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement and the Task Force terminates January 1, 2018; becomes effective November 1, 2016.
