Extends the deadline for transferring monies from five judicial revolving funds from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016, including the Law Library Revolving Fund, Supreme Court Revolving Fund, State Judicial Revolving Fund, Supreme Court Administrative Revolving Fund, and Lengthy Trial Fund.

Allows the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to transfer monies from these funds to the Supreme Court Administrative Revolving Fund or Interagency Reimbursement Fund upon request of the Administrative Director of the Courts to support court operations.

Maintains the Lengthy Trial Fund fee of $10.00 per civil case filed by attorneys (with specified exemptions) to provide wage replacement or supplementation to jurors serving more than 10 days.

Authorizes courts to pay up to $200 per day in replacement or supplemental wages beginning on the eleventh day of jury service, and up to $50 per day for days four through ten if significant financial hardship is found.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
