• Directs the Secretary of State to refer a constitutional amendment to Oklahoma voters that would repeal Section 5 of Article II of the Oklahoma Constitution.

• Section 5 currently prohibits the use of public monies or property for sectarian or religious purposes.

• Establishes the ballot title to read: "This measure repeals Section 5 of Article 2 of the Oklahoma Constitution. This section prohibits the use of public monies or property for sectarian or religious purposes."

• Requires the Chief Clerk of the House to file one copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and one copy with the Attorney General immediately after passage.
