Disapproves specific subsections and paragraphs from Oklahoma State Department of Health, Oklahoma Health Care Authority (two separate rules), Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Food and Forestry, Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, and Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register"
