Legislature disapproves 109 proposed permanent rules adopted by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services on March 25, 2016, finding they do not reflect legislative intent.

Disapproved rules include OAC 340:110-1-4.1 through 340:110-1-54 and OAC 340:110-3-1 through 340:110-3-311, covering various regulatory sections.

Legislature asserts its constitutional authority under Sections 250.2 and 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes to designate rule promulgation methods, establish policy, and disapprove rules at any time.

Secretary of State directed to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, Department of Human Services, and the editor of "The Oklahoma Register."
