Recognizes hundreds of Oklahoma citizens expected to gather at the State Capitol on Rose Day 2016 to advocate for the sanctity of human life and speak with elected officials.

Designates Rose Day as a reminder that the effort to protect the unborn will continue until all methods of taking innocent life are eliminated.
